Focus Design: Empowering Talent and Embracing Inclusivity

At Focus Design, we believe that true talent knows no boundaries. Our commitment to inclusivity has not only transformed individual careers but has also reshaped how we view potential and capability in the creative industry.

13 years ago, we welcomed a 3D designer with a speech impairment. At first, it raised questions – how would we communicate? How would client briefs be handled? But instead of focusing on limitations, we focused on strengths.

With the right support and a willingness to adapt, this individual didn’t just find his place, he thrived. His success became a powerful reminder that with the right environment, every person can shine.

This experience inspired us to take the initiative to actively hire specially abled individuals; not just in 3D Stall Design, but across various roles. Today, we’re proud to be a more inclusive team with 7 such individuals and we encourage other organizations to do the same.

Because when you choose to believe in people, you create space for extraordinary things to happen.
